By making use of The Site, The Visitor and/or The Client agrees with no limitation with the thereafter Terms & Conditions.
TERMS
In what follows, the here below terms shall have the following meanings:
"The Site" is www.ssgl.swiss;
"The Item" is a gemstone.
"The Visitor" is the private person or a legal entity visiting The Site;
"The Service" is the offer to test an Item and to issue a Report.
"The Client" is the person or legal entity resorting to The Service.
"The Company" is SWISS SINO GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORY GMBH;
"The Laboratory" is the legal entity which performs The Service under the name SSGL and delivers a Report bearing The Company name.
CONDITIONS
Specific Terms and Conditions of The Service
The Service of every Laboratory is regulated by its specific framework of Terms and Conditions which are made available at The Site. It is The Client responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions prior to have recourse to The Service. By submitting in Item for The Service to The Company directly or an Operator, The Client confirms he accepts The Specific Terms & Conditions which apply to the Laboratory in question with no limitation.
Propriety rights
Unless indicated otherwise, The Company has property rights over all texts and images available at The Site. Any full or partial reproduction of contents with commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. Any reproduction of contents for private purpose is allowed for all that the following things are respected: the texts and images are not modified, they are presented in full, The Company name and logo as well as the source (indicated by the website url www.ssgl.swiss) must appear clearly at the beginning of the reproduction.
Shall The Visitor and/or The Client be willing to make use of contents featuring at The Site over which The Company does not have property rights (such as images or texts provided by third parties), this last one must contact the entity having such rights and get authorization from this last one prior to do it.
Sources of information and validity of contents
The Site may contain commonly accepted scientific information as well as various analyses and opinions from various sources, internal and external. These scientific information, analyses and opinions may criss-cross each others. All information available at The Site is posted with no guarantees of validity and exactness. Neither The Company nor any Laboratory shall be liable for any mistakes or omissions.

The personal data of The Client may be shared between The Laboratories but not to third parties without prior approval of The Client.
By submitting his Item for testing at a The Laboratory, The Client agrees The Company to make use of the data collected concerning The Item for research and statistic and to use pictures of The Item in publications.
Disclaimer
The content of the Report represents the opinion of accredited gemologists about The Item at the time of examination; The Laboratory cannot have knowledge of any potential subsequent treatment or modification of The Item. Reports are issued without any guarantees. The Laboratory shall not be liable for any mistakes or omissions. The use of a Report for trading purpose by The Client is at his own risks.
Insurance & liabilities
It is The Client responsibility to insure The Item from it transportation to The Laboratory until its delivery back to The Client, including the period during which The Item is at The Laboratory for examination.
The liabilities of each Laboratory are specified in their respective specific framework of Terms and Conditions.

“The Company” is SWISS SINO GEMOLOGICAL LABORATORY GMBH, Trade register nbr. CHE-153.569.078 registered at Grand-rue 93, 2720 Tramelan, Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
“The Laboratory” is SSGL (THAILAND) CO. LTD., Trade register nbr. 0105561007237, registered in The Jewelry Trade Center, Bangkok, Thailand, company with 5 million baht capital.
“The Service” is the testing of Items by The Laboratory.
“The Items” are any gemstones, jewelry, or item given to The Laboratory for testing.
“The Opinions” are any verbal communication to The Client regarding Items.
“The Reports” are any documents issued by The Laboratory bearing The Company name.
Supplementary information:
SSGL Service is available and provided in Bangkok exclusively by The Laboratory under licence Nbr. AF2018-2 granted by The Company.
